The July 25 accident was cited as the fault of a Dover woman for failure to control her car.
Crystal T. Mills, 36, of 801 Anola Ave., was the driver of a 2000 Toyota Camry that was involved in a 9:22 a.m. crash on Interstate 77 in Dover Township. This was posted in the record of Ohio Highway Patrol.
As Mills was driving north in the left lane and started to move to the right lane, she then re-entered the left lane and lost control of her car. Police trooper said that her vehicle swerved toward the left side of the road, got inside the median, crashed the embankment, turn- turtle and came to rest on its wheels.
