A home security camera was able to record the tragic accident of a yellow Chevrolet on Wednesday in Hialeah. The camera was able to capture how the vehicle rolled over upside down before skidding to a stop.
The camera was also able to capture the flight of the three teenagers inside the car. A witness, Yoslandy Herrera, said that one of those three stayed a bit longer and told him that two more people were still inside the car before leaving.
The team effort in flipping back over the vehicle was also recorded by the camera.
On Thursday, the Hialeah Police was able to identify the victim, 16-year-old Idalys Quintero, who perished in the accident.
The police were also able to identify the driver of the vehicle to be 15-year-old Cesar Martinez and along the rest of the passengers of the vehicle, 16-year-old Grisel Verdencia, 16-year-old Orestes Pedraza and 15-year-old Isabel Diaz.

Herrera added that it was a gruesome sight for him when he saw the victim in the back seat and that it was very hard for him to witness that.

The victim’s mother said that her daughter came from Cuba a few years back and is currently studying in Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School.

William Marquez said that when the victim’s mother received the tragic news, she was devastated and could barely move.
The driver of the vehicle was said to be not old enough to be driving, said the police.

Martinez, the driver, is currently at Ryder Trauma Center and the two of the other passengers who were also taken there was already discharged.
