The motorcyclist who died was identified as 39-year-old Christian Eitelbach resident of Thousand Oaks. Authorities reported that he was heading northbound on Westlake Boulevard and was entering the intersection as another vehicle operated by 21-year-old Cindy Nah, of Simi Valley, was making a left turn. That was the moment when the two collided.

The video, released by police Friday, showed the other motorcyclist dressed in all black riding gear, including a black helmet and a black performance bike with no visible license plate on the back.
