On an ominous Saturday night in Glenwood, authorities reported that a 53-year-old man died in a single-car crash.
A spokesperson from the office of Cook Country medical examiner, declared that the fatality, James Lemieux, resident of 500 block of East 144th Street, died at 10:12 p.m. at Franciscan St. James Health hospital in Chicago Heights.
Lemieux was driving his SUV when he hit a tree as he was approaching the intersection of Glenwood Lansing Road and Main Street in Glenwood. It took Glenwood police some time to provide phone callers more information about the road accident.
