Vehicular accidents always happen with a cause, as there is always a cause for affect. Even with the invention of today’s safety technology, millions of people are dying each year in car accidents. Laws are stricter and penalties stiffer; over speeding is still the top cause of car accidents. As long as humans want to get to places fast, and car manufacturers make automobiles that can break speed limits, then speed will continue to be a killer.
