The operator of the erring vehicle, identified as Ronald Sutton, 37 years old, also from of Lancaster, was charged for the death by his car due to driving recklessly and driving even with suspended license.

Don Lowery was a great loss as he was a very kind and helpful person. He constructed his own house and repaired an old chicken coop for his wife’s church. He loved to mow the lawn of the church as a work of love. He was a wonderful grandfather enthusiastically attending his the football games of his grandson and showered his three year old great grandson with love and affection.
Bishop Harry Brown, of the Holy Band of Inspiration churches, said that Lowery has the ability to perform every type of work and he was great in these things. He loved working. He was talking with the victim a few hours before he died. He was doing, landscaping – the type of work he loved.
Bebe Lowery wanted that more severe punishment must be given to the man who killed her father, although the troopers believe that the charges are enough.
