SUSSEX, Del.- A singular vehicular car accident in Sussex County claims the life of a 32-year-old man from Millsboro and Delaware State Police are looking into it.

The car crash happened just after 5 in the morning of Monday, according to the police. The victim, 32-year-old Tyrone Coleman, was traveling southbound on Hollyville Road, which is around to miles north of Harmony Cemetery Road in Millsboro, on his 1994 Cadillac Deville when for several unknown reasons; Coleman was not able to negotiate a curve which caused the Cadillac’s right side tires to get off the asphalt and into the grassy roadside before the right side of the car hit two mailboxes and a trash bin.

This caused the car to spin sideways in counterclockwise direction. The vehicle continuously spun sideways until it went back across both travel lanes before it exited the north side of the road and hit a number of trees and ended up upside down. Coleman was declared dead on scene after he was ejected from his vehicle. Troopers say that he was not restrained securely at the time of the accident.

The area was temporarily shut down for about two and a half hours as investigation and cleaning up took place.

Investigation is still ongoing and anyone who has information with regards to the incident is encouraged to come forward and contact Sgt.
